Uniplast maintains an established ISO 9001 Quality Management System, documented and implemented, for continuous process improvements. For effective production, all procedures have well defined criteria and controls.

The quality management system’s performance is measured, primarily, through quality targets, internal audits, customer satisfaction assessments, measurement and monitoring products and processes, as well as complying with ISO standards. The utmost care is continuously present, from receiving raw materials to delivering the final product to the customer, including the manufacturing process, quality inspection, extrusion die tooling and peripheral equipment.

The company’s fully-equipped physical laboratory provides the necessary support to develop new products and control quality. Among the equipment Uniplast utilizes are two spectrophotometers to formulate and control colors. Impact tests, light cabin, furnace, profile projector, hardness tester, and devices for dimensional control assure meeting any requirement demand. Uniplast’s production specifications and inspection technologies have been fundamental for product quality control.
